Pricing, Shipping & Returns

Pricing

We are based in the UK and all orders are priced and paid for in GB pounds. To help you judge the value of your order better, on each product page, at the top right, you can select the currency you wish to see. 

Because we sell all over the world, but we do not initially know where you are located, all product prices exclude shipping and exclude taxes. Once you place an item in your cart you can edit the cart, enter a delivery address, and your cart will show a shipping charge, or a choice of shipping options, for the items in your cart, and applicable taxes. The shipping charge will probably change as you add more items to your cart.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We will contact you if these limitations affect your order.

The expected delivery time for standard shipping will depend on the product you have ordered and the delivery address, but, on average, will be one week to the UK, two weeks to Europe and three to four weeks to USA, Canada and the rest of the world. If you select 'Expedited shipping', delivery will be much quicker to all destinations. We use Royal Mail for ordinary deliveries, UPS for expedited.

Shipping rates for all the items we sell are weight-based. 

We also allow you to collect your order from our warehouse in West Wales, UK. If you choose this option, please wait for an email from us to say that your order is ready for collection.

Parking is not allowed on Water Street, but there is limited parking at the rear of the premises on Old Graig Street.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (such as you received an incorrect or defective item).

Firstly, use the Contact Us option (at the top of most website pages) on the website to let us know you are considering returning an item. Please quote your order number, from the invoice that came with your order, and tell us the details of the item(s) you wish to return. If you give the reason as an error on our part (eg wrong item received), or say that the item is damaged or sub-standard, please also send a photograph or photographs of the item in a separate email to our website@glendowerltd.com email address, quoting your order number - this will save time. We will discuss the issue with you and we will ask whether you would prefer a refund, a replacement or a credit to your website account (if you have created a website account) that you can use towards a future purchase.

Your refund will be processed as soon as possible, and you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank / card to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
